NEW DELHI: Power discom on Friday said the consumers can reach BSES through multiple channels in case of any disruption or local fault. It has issued two toll free numbers and Whatsapp numbers- for BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) and BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL).
The toll free numbers and Whatsapp numbers for BRPL is 19123 and 8800919123, while for BYPL, the numbers are 19122 and 8745999808, respectively.
According to State Load Despatch Centrer (SLDC) data, the city’s peak power demand has remained stable, ranging between 4200-4500 MW since February 8.
BSES discoms are ensuring a seamless, reliable and quality power supply, successfully meeting Delhi’s winter electricity demand.
BSES is committed to ensure reliable and quality power supply to over 50 Lakh consumers and two Crore residents across south, west, east, and central Delhi. Smart power procurement strategies, including long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), banking arrangements with other states, along with a robust distribution network, are ensuring an uninterrupted power supply.
